We research the mortgage market for you to find the most competitive and appropriate products to meet your requirements and will be there as your personal contact from our initial meeting, all the way through to mortgage offer, completion and beyond.
When your current mortgage product ends, and is due for renewal, we will be on hand to help you find the best option for renewal, and in most cases will not charge you any further fees for this.
Not only can we guide you through the mortgage maze, we also help to ensure that you and your loved ones are fully protected and that this protection remains suitable, by providing further advice on mortgage and household protection.
We do not charge fees for arranging Mortgage Protection, Family Protection or General Insurance. We may charge a fee for arranging your mortgage, which is typically £295 (But could be up to £495 dependant on your circumstances) and is only payable once you have received your formal mortgage offer. This fee is normally not refundable.

Jonathan Jackson
Lifelong Bradfordian, Jonathan is a long standing supporter of Bradford City and has followed the Bantams through thick and thin. He is also a keen long distance walker who has completed such arduous routes as The Dales Way, Hadrian’s Wall Walk, The Bradford Millennium Way and The Wolds Way.
Jonathan has worked in Banking & Finance all his life, having started at the now defunct Leeds Permanent Building Society as a teenager, and as a Branch manager, was awarded was awarded the title of Branch Of The Year, given for excellent customer service, on three separate occasions at two different Building Societies.
Jonathan has been married for more than 30 years and has two grown up daughters, one of whom is a Nursing Sister at a large local hospital, and the other a Marketing Manager at a mortgage provider in Manchester.
Phil Dowgill
Being born and bred in Cross Hills, Phil has spent the majority of his working life in the South Craven area, making numerous close friendships with locals of all ages, and regularly represents Cross Hills at Crown Green Bowling, snooker. He also played Rugby for Cowling in his youth and has represented Yorkshire at Crown Green Bowling.
With vast experience in the mortgage market, and an approachable friendly manner, Phil always offers a service with a smile to his customers, giving professional advice without the need for a suit and tie.
Phil lives in Glusburn with his long term partner, and has a young daughter who keeps him busy whilst spending most of his money.
